FAQs

  • Yes, we recommend arriving about 10 minutes early if it’s your first class. This gives you time to settle in, meet the instructor, and ask any questions.

  • No. Everything is taught step by step, at your pace.

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in — gym or yoga wear works well. You can keep your shoes on or take them off.

  • Just a water bottle and yourself. We provide training equipment.

  • You are always in control of your participation. You can pause, sit out, or take a break at any time. Our trauma-informed approach means your comfort and safety come first.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to bring someone you trust — a friend, family member, or peer. We’ll just ask them to fill out a quick form before joining.

  • Children 12 and under: A parent or guardian must remain in the class for the full session.

    Children 13 and older: We recommend that a parent or guardian attend the first three classes to observe how your child is adjusting. After that, parents do not need to stay, but we ask that you remain nearby and available by phone (within 10 minutes) in case your child needs you.

  • Many participants come once a week, but it’s flexible. Consistency helps, but your healing moves at your pace.

  • Classes are available regardless of ability to pay. If you’re able, the suggested price is $15 per class or $65 per month for weekly attendance.
